Section 135
Special provisions related to the operation of organizations
: (1) Notwithstanding anything else written in this Act, shares owned or controlled by the Government of Nepal, Provincial Government or local level or National Cooperative Development Board at the time of commencement of this Act. Houses, land and other immovable assets of organizations such as transport, joint publishing, joint health services, joint warehouses, joint services cannot be sold, mortgaged and leased for a period of five years or more without the approval of the Government of Nepal.
(2) The Government of Nepal, the State Government or the local level shall give priority to the organization of the goods or services provided by the organizations under sub-section (1) and may cooperate with such organizations by providing financial support.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this Act, other arrangements related to the operation and management of the organization as per sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
(2) The Government of Nepal, the State Government or the local level shall give priority to the organization of the goods or services provided by the organizations under sub-section (1) and may cooperate with such organizations by providing financial support.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this Act, other arrangements related to the operation and management of the organization as per sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
